Returns Policy

ScreenItAgain makes every effort to meet our customers' expectation and deliver the highest quality products. However, in the unlikely event there is a problem with your order, contact us or call ScreenItAgain at 1-888-671-9398. If there was an error in your order and you do need to make a return, follow the instructions below.

Returns policy

All of our custom configured products are built to order! For that reason, we will accept returns in only two situations:

1. Product received was not as you ordered
2. Product was damaged in transit

Customer request:

Consumer request must be received via email or in writing within 30 days of receipt clearly stating the reason for the return request. If return request is approved, Return Authorization (RA) drafted and sent to consumer.

A prepaid freight label will be sent with the RA to the consumer. Product must be returned in original packaging with RA.

Upon product inspection, if product was not shipped as ordered or is deemed to have been damaged in transit, we will ship a replacement product free of charge.
